I left California for Asia more than 30 years ago. I’ve explored all of Asia’s major traditional practices, always going behind the facade of ritual and dogma to the core energy work.

Shaman Remedia is from the Wari-Wari tribe in the Central Philippines. She was born into the Clan of Healers. She’s been healing others all her life.

 

 

 

 

For many years we had a strong Tibetan Buddhist meditation practice with many high level initiations. Chanting the mantras was a rewarding activity that we spent a lot of time at daily.

The Siddhars Changed Everything!

 

 

 

 

When we found the Siddhars of South India, our meditation struggles disappeared! Our search for teachers and the need to meditate long, hard hours, days, months and even years trying to reach deeper levels vanished. Our entire practice changed. Meditation became a joyful pleasure instead of a burden.

That very night, I went effortlessly so deep into Emptiness, or the void, that my ego died there. Throughout the following months and years, Sakthi Amma’s word remained good.
